- Works on steel rule from 2pt to 4pt thick and from 23.3mm up to 37.3mm rule height for variety of shapes and cutting bevel including center, side, double center, double side, and serrated facet.
- Fully automatic height adjustable perforation/cut and crease, and cutting tools as well as height adjustable notching tool will maximize the production. These splitted cutting, notching and optional tools are customizable.
- Customizable micro perforation tool can expedite nicking jobs as well as making specialty rules in no time.
- Newly designed multifunctional broaching unit with digitally controlled height and depth adjustment allows users to accomplish complicated jobs that are not possible with conventional benders. Comes with both V and flat shape broaching for both front and back sides.
- Digitally controlled nicking unit comes with 5 durable carbide wheels produces variety of nicking jobs.
- Newly designed post cut unit allows users to produce same pieces on every jobs.
- Our proprietary software called EasyB is compatible with all of the industry standard CAD files, and provides users with various functions based on an intuitive GUI such as bending simulation and automatic recognition of the same shape.
